NashvilleHealth is proud to partner with the Center for Nonprofit Management. CNM’s mission is to amplify the impact of nonprofits and their partners. As a hub for nonprofits in Middle Tennessee, CNM’s team works to build connections among members and foster meaningful community relationships to help nonprofits innovate and build strong partnerships.
CNM is working with NashvilleHealth and a number of local nonprofits and partners to establish the Health Equity Coalition. The coalition is working together to find solutions to Nashville’s health disparities.
“I am energized by working with NashvilleHealth in exploring a cross-sector approach to improving health outcomes while mitigating the many contributing social determinants including housing, nutrition, transportation, access and more,” said CNM Senior Manager of Marketing Kathryn Swanton.
CNM also works to improve the health of Nashville through it’s DEI programming that focuses on increasing nonprofit’s capacity to communicate with each other and collaborate for equitable systems change. CNM also recently supported Faith Family Medical through CNM’s Innovation Catalyst as they developed a primary care program for nonprofits and small businesses and offered support to it’s partners throughout the pandemic.
