Nashville Supports Large-Scale Survey

Hundreds of completed Nashville Community Health + Well-being Surveys continue to stream in online and through the mail.  A big thank you to the more than 130 groups who have shared the survey message with more than 50,000 members, stakeholders and employees.  The critical findings of the survey will help all of us better allocate health resources, measure our work and create a healthier Nashville.

A special thanks to the Nashville Predators for featuring this survey PSA during a recent home game.

Nashville Unites for Better Blood Pressure

More than 40 clinicians gathered for a strategic discussion about current barriers and opportunities to improve hypertension in Nashville. Leaders from large hospital systems to federally qualified health centers and specialty clinics across the city are regularly convening to share best practices on the Target:BP program. Led by the American Heart Association (AHA) and NashvilleHealth, in partnership with the American Medical Association (AMA), Target:BP is working to reduce the number of citizens in Middle Tennessee who have uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Tobacco-Free TN Coalition Building its Brand

The Tobacco-Free Tennessee Coalition is getting a new logo and other branding materials to support its work. Over the past year, the group of more than 20 organizations across the state, administered by NashvilleHealth, has completed strategic planning, implemented bylaws, and elected a slate of officers. A special thank you to the Dalton Agency for leading the coalition’s branding efforts.
