Join our Annual Wellness Festival with certified 5K, 1 mile Community Walk, community art project, live music, a village of info vendors and new this year – our Pup Parade with Puparazzi!
We are expecting 1000 registrants to walk, run, pup strut or donate for the 2019 NAMI Davidson Walk, 5K & Village – with the New Pup Parade! Major and small business sponsors host information tents in our Village. Take listen to the live music, dig in and get a little paint on your fingers with our community art project, or take a turn in our photo booth.
Sign up for the 8:00 am 5K that cuts through Shelby Park and Shelby Bottoms in East Nashville. Compete for our Overall top prize male or female, a $50 gift card. Silver and Gold medals for males and females in each age category. Finisher tags for all completing the race. Our 5K is family and dog friendly. Sports strollers and dogs must stay behind competitive runners.
Our Community Walk is where our teams shine. Vanderbilt Behavioral Health maintain an annual rivalry for Top Team, but Skyline Madison Hospital and Cash for Cush had hot teams last year.
Bring your pup to strut in the Pup Parade. Puparazzi will be taking pictures! Register through our Pals With Paws and general Walk Registration to participate.
Volunteers are welcome – especially our early morning (4:00 am!) set up crew. Alpha Kappa Alpha and Omega Psi Phi have been a great help in the past, as has the CarMaxx crew and Amerigroup. Do you have a group that wants to volunteer?
