Join Walk Bike Nashville for our FREE City Cycling Series, designed to teach you the knowledge and skills to feel comfortable riding on the road with traffic!
City Cycling 101 is a classroom course that covers: fixing a flat, overview of bike terms and types of bikes, rules of the road, turning and changing lanes and how to find your best route.
City Cycling 201 is an on-the-road course, led by our certified instructors, in which we will practice the topics covered in 101. Topics include: bike maneuvering skills, where to ride in the road, scanning and signaling, right and left turns and crash avoidance techniques. All classes are free and open to the public! A helmet and bike are required for City Cycling 201.
