Come Experience Mental Health live during a 60 minute walk at Radnor Lake State Park! As we walk the park’s beautiful trails, participants will learn about the many mental health benefits of nature exposure. Participants will also learn very useful skills to reduce stress and depression as we enjoy the beautiful scenery.
As a result of this mental health experience you will leave with an improved awareness of how you can use nature to transform your mind, body and soul in your everyday life.
We will get started bright & early on Saturday morning at 8 a.m. and are looking forward to sharing our wonderful “Therapy In Nature” experience with you.
