Join The New Beginnings Center on Saturday, November 17th for a FREE Pound Fitness class with guest instructor Kathy Moore. Pound fitness is a fun full-body workout that combines cardio and conditioning. Pound is inspired by yoga and pilates movements, with the addition of lightly weighted drumsticks (provided), making for a fun and creative workout!
*Designed for all fitness levels, please bring a yoga mat IF you have one (but it’s not required)!
