Ayurveda, “The Science of Life,” is an ancient and comprehensive healing system based on the wisdom of nature. It provides a path to wellness through lifestyle practices and an understanding of the way you are connected to the world around you.
Throughout this course, you’ll increase your knowledge of Ayurveda, learn how to maintain balance and health through daily and seasonal practices, and gain a deeper understanding of how to take your well being into your own hands.
You’ll walk away with:
-An understanding of your unique constitution (Prakriti)
-Tools to address imbalances in your system
-Knowledge of the elements, natures cycles, and how they connect to you
-Awareness of how to practice yoga in a way that creates balance and harmony
-Tools to build a home practice, including meditation and pranayama techniques
-The ability to implement daily practices like dry brushing, abhyanga, and more– plus a self care kit to get you started
-A balancing essential oil blend unique to you-made by you!
-Knowledge of alternative therapies and how to use them effectively
-Information about Ayurvedic Nutrition and practical tips to incorporate these concepts in your kitchen
